Christchurch Airport

Christchurch is the South Island's largest city, with a population of around 360,000 people. Christchurch airport is located 6 miles (10 kilometres) northwest of the Christchurch city centre, around 20 minutes drive. Regular bus and taxi services are available.

Queenstown Airport

Queenstown is located on the shores of the spectacular Lake Wakatipu, and is known as the "Adventure Capital" of New Zealand. Queenstown airport is located approximately 7 kilometres from the town centre, which is about 10 minutes drive. Taxis and buses run regularly. The airport is set against the spectacular backdrop of the Remarkables mountain range, which towers to 7,000 feet in places.
